Educational Purpose

All workshops, courses, and content offered through Time, Tax & Freedom™ are for educational purposes only. Nothing presented constitutes individualized tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Options trading involves risk and is not suitable for everyone. Attendance at any Time, Tax & Freedom™ event does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship of any kind. Please consult your own qualified advisor before making financial decisions.

Registration and Payment

By completing registration you agree to pay the stated fee for your selected workshop or bundle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future Time, Tax & Freedom™ workshop or course. No transfers to another attendee will be issued. Credits are issued based on the cancellation date relative to the original registered workshop date — not the date of any future workshop the credit is applied toward. Credits are non-refundable once issued.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable. No credits or transfers to another attendee will be issued.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

To request a refund, email hello@timetaxandfreedom.com with your name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replay Access

Registered attendees receive 90-day replay access following each live workshop. Replay access is for the registered purchaser only and is non-transferable. Replay content may not be recorded, redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes in any form.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, workbooks, and recordings are the intellectual property of My Epic Life Inc. and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Time, Tax & Freedom™ is a trademark of My Epic Life Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Taxed Like the Rich LLC and My Epic Life Inc. are not liable for any financial decisions made based on workshop content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable workshop or course.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
